Vintage Nativity Scene (LC Designs)

Hello!

I've done a Christmas nativity scene card today! A first for me! I'm not religious but I really like it! Brings me back to my childhood!



I used:

Promarkers
Hessian Ribbon - Ribbon Girl
Papers - Dovecraft Christmas
Gold ribbon from stash
Inked and distressed edges and some spots of gold glitter glue!
I cut the star from gold mirror card





This has made me start singing Christmas carols!
Silent night, holy night..... Haha

    A beautiful nativity scene Lucy and those natural colours are perfect. These scenes always make me smile, the boys were small when we had dairy cows and Declan always expected Jesus to be born in one of our barns.....happy days!! xx

    For someone who says she's not religious, you sure can rock a religious card! I love how this turned out! I really like the subtle color palette and how you added the rustic touch of burlap, but softened it with the ribbon. I also love how you colored this and made the outlines stand out so beautifully. It looks more like a fine work of art than a card and I will never get sick of seeing a nativity. Thanks for making such a special creation and sharing it with us for this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge!

Hi everyone! Here's my card for the New Challenge at  Dis Digi Stamps This Fortnights Theme is :  Animals Acting like Humans! I used the super cute  Mouse With Love  from Dis Digis! I also used: Promarkers Chipboard hearts WOC flowers LOTV sentiment stamp Vintage photo distress ink Butterfly & frame die cuts I fancied a change from pink & mint green so opted for peachy orange!
