I've been on holiday!
Hi everyone!
Sorry I've been absent for a few weeks!
I've been on holiday to North Devon for 2 weeks!
It was a very long journey for me and any movement is very hard for me to tolerate. I booked the holiday last year before my ME declined badly again unfortunately
I was in a bad way for the first few days after the journey and mainly in bed, but just look at my bedroom view!
I spend most of my day in bed anyway so knew I had to get somewhere with a view! Wish I had that view at home!! Lol
From the balcony:
Luckily I then managed quite a few trips out and we had lovely weather too!
Combe Martin Wildlife Park:
Combe Martin Beach:
Lynmouth:
Woolacombe Beach:
and Ilfracombe where we were staying:
Hope you enjoyed my holiday snaps!
I will resume blogging again soon once I've unpacked and rested up a bit after the long journey home on Saturday!

Lovely photos Lucy, it's a beautiful part of the Country and that view from your room looks wonderful The photo of Woolacombe bring back happy memories of a holiday there a few years ago, a hotel right on the beach and perfect for one of our boys who is a keen surfer.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry to read how the journey shattered you but can totally identify, I am much the same and it does take the shine off things, but at least you were fortunate with the weather - and that view.
